Raised in Brazil in a family of restaurateurs, Carol Silva Hanlon combines operational precision with guest-focused leadership. She has over 14 years of international experience in luxury hotels and fine dining, including with D&D London, JW Marriott, and properties in Ireland and Spain. Most recently, she was Interim General Manager of the iconic Pont de la Tour before joining Thesleff Group to lead Sale e Pepe in Knightsbridge. Carol is now focused on launching Sale e Pepe Mare.
