From early in her career, she developed a strong interest in people, culture and organisational development, leading her to pursue a career in Human Resources in 2014. Since then, she has built broad HR experience across recruitment, generalist and leadership roles in sectors including automotive, security and hospitality.

She has worked with some of London’s most prestigious hospitality brands, including Claridge’s, Jumeirah and 1 Hotel Mayfair, where she supported major openings and led people strategy, team development and organisational culture.

She now brings strong HR leadership experience, a fresh perspective and a passion for building engaged, high-performing teams.
