Gabriele Zanini has led kitchens in high-end restaurants across London and Europe. Beginning in Italy, he spent seven years with the Gordon Ramsay Group, rising to Executive Head Chef, before joining Claude Bosi’s Bibendum and later becoming Corporate Chef EMEA for The ONE Group. Now Corporate Chef at Thesleff Group, Gabriele drives high-volume culinary operations and oversees multi-unit openings as part of the company’s expansion.
