His career spans leading agencies and luxury hospitality brands, including senior leadership roles with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and W Hotels across multiple global markets, most recently serving as Marketing Director at The Ivy Collection.

Trilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, he brings a global perspective and a deep passion for hospitality, with expertise in creating distinctive brand experiences and driving strategic growth. At Thesleff Group, he works closely with the team to strengthen the group's brand portfolio and support its continued expansion.

Outside of work, Jasper enjoys discovering new restaurants, travelling, and going to the cinema.
