Jean-Baptiste (JB) is an award-winning hospitality executive with more than 25 years of international experience. A graduate of École hôtelière de Lausanne, he has served as COO, Managing Director and Operations Director. As Group Restaurants Director for Gordon Ramsay, he oversaw the group's UK and US operations and appeared in several of Ramsay's television shows. Known for driving brand growth and operational excellence, JB now leads Thesleff Group's expansion.
