A graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, he has held senior roles including COO at Ivy Asia, Director of Operations at D&D London, Park Chinois, and Big Easy, and worked alongside Chef Gordon Ramsay as Group Restaurants Director overseeing Michelin-starred Claridge’s and U.S. operations. Known for driving brand growth and operational excellence, JB now leads ambitious expansions and innovations at Thesleff Group.
