With over two decades of experience in hotel maintenance and engineering, Jeff has worked across some of the UK’s most prestigious properties. As Chief Engineer at The Clermont Group’s Thistle Marble Arch London, he oversees all aspects of facility management, safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Previously Chief Engineer at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Windsor, he led the maintenance operations of the historic estate. Earlier in his career, as Head of Maintenance at Luton Hoo Hotel, he restructured the department to enhance performance and uphold five-star standards. Dedicated to excellence, he continues to drive operational integrity and innovation in luxury hospitality.
