Mark Sansom | Marketing Director
Mark Sansom has been working in global hospitality for 20 years. He started as a food and drink writer at Squaremeal and Men’s Health, before becoming editor of the world’s largest gastronomic travel magazine, Food & Travel. Looking to move away from journalism to work more closely with hospitality businesses and the people driving them, he took the role of Content Director at The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, Bars and Hotels, creating huge-scale events across the world. He joins Thesleff Group from Gaucho restaurants as Marketing Director, with a view to help continue the brand’s growth into a global hospitality player.
