Born in Rome, Italy, Pietro has had a remarkable journey in the restaurant and bar industry. Starting at Eleven Madison Park in 2009, the restaurant garnered numerous accolades, including a 4-star review in the New York Times, 3 Michelin Stars, and multiple James Beard Awards. He then joined The NoMad team as the opening head bartender, receiving prestigious awards for their bar program, where he soon got promoted to Bar Manager. Here, he achieved high rankings in global bar lists. Later, as East Coast Bar Director for "Make it Nice Hospitality," Pietro continued to excel, winning more awards and solidifying his reputation in the industry. His expertise, dedication, and innovation have left an indelible mark on the culinary landscape.
