Rashid began his culinary career as Chef Partie at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, where he exhibited dedication to perfection, and quickly rose in ranks before joining Markus in 2017, as Head Chef at Claw BBQ Crabshack & Grill Restaurant. He skilfully managed all aspects of the kitchen, earning the restaurant nominations and recognition. Prior to this, Rashid excelled as Head Chef at a few of Markus’ other sites, such as Riva Beach Club and Sophie's Gastro Café, where he introduced innovative dishes and earned prestigious accolades for both establishments. Rashid's proficiency in food preparation and team-oriented approach, combined with his passion for innovation, have undoubtedly made a lasting impact on Dubai's vibrant F&B scene, promising an exciting future in the culinary arts here internationally.
