During this time, he refined his skills while delivering high-level dining experiences across multiple international cities, including his hometown Jakarta, Dubai, and London. Sandy later joined SOMSSI by Jihun Kim, an intimate chef’s table experience, where he was part of the team that earned its first Michelin star, reflecting his dedication to precision and excellence.
