Stavros Papadakos is a seasoned chef with over 22 years in prestigious European kitchens, including Michelin-starred Hytra and Sabor. He began in Greece at acclaimed venues such as Elounda Beach and Stratos Vassilikos before moving to Monaco as Head Chef at Pacific Monte Carlo. In London, he held senior roles at Sake No Hana and Michelin-starred Sabor, and most recently served as Group Executive Chef at Niche Free-from Kitchen. As Head Chef of Los Mochis Notting Hill, he also oversees Juno Omakase and Bad Boy Burritos.
